1. Change of Mind Returns

  • Returns can be initiated within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind about your purchase.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply for items over 100cm in size.
  • Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we apologize for the inconvenience.
  • We will provide a free return, replacement, or a full refund, including any shipping and handling fees.

3. Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost during transit, we offer a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping and handling fees.
  • Packages not delivered within 90 days from shipping will be deemed as lost and will qualify for an automatic refund.

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact customer support within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and labels intact.
  • Include the return authorization number provided by our team.
  • Choose a traceable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

5. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our criteria or were not authorized in advance.
  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you about the status of your refund.
  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that there may be delays depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing times.
  • If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

7. Starting a Return
