4. Returns and Exchanges

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) are defective or incorrect.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy.
